Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering with, or using the 36kbd platform (available at 36kbd.bet), you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately cease using the platform.

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and 36kbd with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations and understandings of any kind. 36kbd reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time; continued use of the platform following publication of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on 36kbd, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 36kbd applies a minimum age of 21 for all account holders, in line with responsible gaming best practices.
• You must be a resident of Bangladesh and accessing the platform from within Bangladesh.
• You must have legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or affiliate of 36kbd or any of its associated companies.
• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended or banned from 36kbd or have had an account closed by 36kbd for breach of these Terms.

36kbd reserves the right to request documentation to verify your eligibility at any point, including but not limited to government-issued identity documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension pending verification.

Account Registration

Each eligible individual may hold only one account on 36kbd. The registration of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the forfeiture of all balances and permanent closure of all associated accounts. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete and current personal information.

Account Security Obligations

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party.
• You must notify 36kbd support immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account or any security breach.
• 36kbd will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations.
• Any activity conducted through your account prior to 36kbd being notified of a security breach will be deemed to have been authorised by you.

Account Verification (KYC)

36kbd operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in order to comply with anti-money laundering obligations and to confirm player eligibility. Verification may be requested at registration, before processing a first withdrawal, or at any other time at 36kbd's sole discretion.

• Proof of identity: a valid national identity card, passport, or birth certificate issued by the Government of Bangladesh.
• Proof of address: a utility bill, bank statement or official correspondence issued within the last three months confirming your registered address in Bangladesh.
• Proof of payment method: evidence of ownership of the bKash, Nagad, Rocket or bank account used to transact on 36kbd.

Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 36kbd are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 36kbd does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in any other currency. Currency conversion is not offered and no conversion fees will be charged by 36kbd in connection with your account transactions.

Deposits

• Accepted deposit methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer via Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank and Sonali Bank.
• Deposits are credited to your 36kbd account instantly upon confirmation from the payment processor. Delays caused by the payment processor or your bank are outside 36kbd's control.
• You may only deposit funds from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted and will be returned.
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts may be set by 36kbd from time to time and will be displayed in the cashier at the time of deposit.

Withdrawals

• Withdrawal requests will only be processed to a payment account registered in your own name and matching your verified KYC details. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
• Standard withdrawal requests for verified accounts are processed within 15 minutes via bKash and Nagad. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one business day.
• A minimum withdrawal amount applies and will be displayed at the time of the withdrawal request. There is no maximum single withdrawal limit for verified accounts in good standing.
• 36kbd reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification or where a withdrawal request is subject to a fraud, AML or bonus-abuse investigation.
• Bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn. Only real-money balances that have cleared the wagering requirement are eligible for withdrawal.

Bonuses and Promotions

36kbd offers bonuses and promotional rewards to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the time the bonus is offered, including applicable wagering requirements, time limits, game restrictions and maximum withdrawal limits derived from bonus funds. The following general bonus rules apply across all promotions:

• Bonuses are credited to your account in the form of bonus funds which are separate from your real-money balance. Bonus funds must meet the stated wagering requirement before any portion can be converted to withdrawable real-money funds.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash except through the completion of applicable wagering requirements.
• 36kbd reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonus already credited to your account at that time will be honoured subject to its applicable terms.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player. Attempts to claim a welcome bonus on a second or subsequent account will be treated as a breach of these Terms.
• 36kbd reserves the right to reclaim any bonus and associated winnings where there is reasonable evidence that a bonus has been obtained or used through fraudulent means, the abuse of multiple accounts, or the exploitation of a technical error.

Wagering requirements on all 36kbd bonuses are calculated on the total bonus amount received. Unless stated otherwise in the specific bonus terms, all casino games contribute to the wagering requirement rollover, though contribution rates may vary by game type. Sports betting wagers placed at odds below 1.5 do not count towards rollover requirements.

Betting Rules

All bets placed on 36kbd are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport or game. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and accepted those rules. The following general betting rules apply across all betting markets on 36kbd:

Sports Betting

• All sports bets are final once confirmed. 36kbd does not accept cancellation requests for confirmed bets except in circumstances where the market is voided by 36kbd due to data error, event cancellation, or force majeure.
• In the event that a match is abandoned or postponed and does not resume within 48 hours of its scheduled start time, all bets on the affected markets will be voided and stakes returned.
• 36kbd reserves the right to limit the maximum stake or winnings on any individual bet or market at its sole discretion, including in cases where an unusual betting pattern is detected.

Casino and Live Casino Games

• Casino game outcomes are determined by certified RNG technology for non-live games and by live dealer action for Evolution Gaming and Ezugi live tables. 36kbd has no control over the outcomes of live dealer games once a round has commenced.
• In the event of a technical malfunction that interrupts a game round before it is completed, the round will be voided and the stake returned to the player's account. 36kbd will not be liable for any loss of winnings arising from a technical malfunction.
• Maximum winnings per game round may be capped. The applicable cap for each game is displayed in the game information panel before a round is started.

Responsible Gaming

36kbd is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The platform is intended for adult entertainment only and is not a means of generating income or resolving financial difficulties. 36kbd provides the following tools to help players manage their gaming activity:

• Deposit limits: players may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits on their account. Once set, a limit reduction takes effect immediately; a limit increase is subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session reminders: players may activate timed session reminders that notify them when a specified period of continuous play has elapsed.
• Time-out: players may request a temporary time-out from their account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days. During a time-out, the account is suspended and no bets can be placed.
• Self-exclusion: players who feel that gambling has become a problem may request permanent self-exclusion from 36kbd by contacting [email protected]. A permanently self-excluded player will not be permitted to re-register.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 36kbd and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, referral to the relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or using another person's account details to access 36kbd.
• Using bots, automated betting software, scripts, artificial intelligence tools or any other automated system to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or collusion with other players or third parties to manipulate the outcome of any event or game.
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal activity, money laundering, or any other criminal enterprise.
• Exploiting errors, glitches or vulnerabilities in the platform's software to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.

Account Suspension and Closure

36kbd reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested by 36kbd.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of the platform for any illegal purpose.
• At the player's own request, including self-exclusion requests submitted via [email protected].

Upon closure of an account that is not subject to a withholding order or ongoing investigation, any real-money balance remaining in the account (net of any bonus funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Intellectual Property

All content on the 36kbd platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations and software, is the property of 36kbd or its content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, commercially exploit or create derivative works from any content on the 36kbd platform without the express prior written consent of 36kbd. Any unauthorised use of 36kbd's intellectual property will be treated as a material breach of these Terms.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 36kbd, its officers, directors, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any of the following losses or damages, whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty or otherwise:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, business, data, goodwill or anticipated savings arising from your use of or inability to use the 36kbd platform.
• Any loss or damage caused by a technical malfunction, third-party system failure, internet connectivity interruption or any event outside 36kbd's reasonable control.
• Any indirect, special, incidental or consequential loss or damage of any nature arising from your use of the platform, even if 36kbd has been advised of the possibility of such loss or damage.

Privacy and Data Protection

36kbd collects, processes and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at 36kbd.bet/privacy-policy and is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering on 36kbd, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. SSL encryption is used on all data transmissions between your device and the 36kbd platform to protect your personal and financial information.

Amendments to These Terms

36kbd reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where an amendment materially affects your rights or obligations, 36kbd will endeavour to provide reasonable notice of the change by publishing a notice on the platform or by sending a notification to the email address registered on your account. It is your responsibility to check these Terms periodically for updates.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to online entertainment services accessed from Bangladesh. In the event of a dispute between you and 36kbd, you are encouraged to contact our support team at [email protected] in the first instance. 36kbd will endeavour to resolve any dispute fairly and promptly. If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication, the parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any other remedy.
